What is Ondo?
Ondo develops infrastructure and products for tokenized financial assets, while ONDO is the governance token associated with the Ondo DAO and ecosystem. Holders can delegate voting power and participate in decisions within the authority of the relevant governance contracts.
ONDO must be distinguished from products such as tokenized Treasury or money-market exposures. Buying the governance token does not give the holder ownership of the securities or reserve assets backing those separate products, and their yields do not automatically accrue to ONDO.
ONDO is not a tokenized US Treasury security and does not represent a pro-rata claim on the assets held by Ondo’s separate investment products.
